The amazing José Auriemo Neto is a Brazilian executive who serves as a chief executive and chairman of JHSF Participacoes SA since 2003. He originally became a part of JHSF Participacoes companies in 1993. Neto founded the services department in 1997 and created the parking lot management company Parkbem. JHSF Participacoes is a real estate holding company in Brazil. On top of being the chairman and chief executive Auriemo Neto also is over the group’s extensive shopping and retail portfolio.
This company is the first Brazilian company to prioritize recurrent income assets which includes office buildings, airports, hotels, shopping malls and other various public development real estate projects. Some of the locations where the shopping malls are Santa Cruz, Salvador, Manaus and Sao Paulo. JHSF operate in the U.S., Uruguay, and Brazil.
Auriemo Neto went to FAAP University which he learned great knowledge and skills. After graduating FAAPU Neto worked alongside his father who was the director of JHSF Participacoes. This assisted him in getting an expansive amount of experience in real estate investments. Before creating ‘The Parkbem’ parking management unit José Auriemo Neto came up with another service department which gave clients better service.
